To keep this short, we are in love with our mattress, foundation, and bed frame. We couldn't be happier, or more well rested.
We did encounter a snafu during our store experience, and I am absolutely floored on how well the issue was handled. The owner of the store personally contacted us to solve our problems. He was genuinely interested in making it right, and took every step (and then some) to ensure we were satisfied.
With all that being said I cannot in good faith recommend anyone go anywhere else in Sheboygan for a mattress, foundation, or bed frame besides Verlo. Tim, you have earned our business for as long as we remain in the area!
