Me and my other half were looking for a mattress that was comfortable and wouldn’t break the bank so we headed to bitterneuman and they had a very good set up but the sales rep new we had no idea what we wanted and no idea about the beds. It was very awkward cause the sales rep just kept throwing facts at us that we didn’t know how to catch. The beds and furniture were very nice but too expensive for us. So we decided one day to check out Mattress Firm. Immediately we saw the clearance beds! The sales rep, Matt, told us a few things about the beds but didn’t bombard us. Super relatable and easy to talk to. It’s safe to say we bought our bed from Mattress Firm!
