I love shopping at this store. The staff are always friendly and willing to help you and answer all your questions. One of the items I've purchased was a recliner that didn't work out due to my back issues. Jon was right there to help me. He found another chair of same, but, with different features to accomodate my needs....thank you Jon. They have the best warranty on everything and no hassle to back it up when and if needed. I would recommend you give this store a try...I'm glad I did.
I've bought 6 appliances and a sectional there - Bitter Neumann was not my first choice, as I thought it would be too expensive. I did go there to do some research, along with a few other places, and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of products along with the price. All my purchases I was fortunate to buy during some very big sales, and I would definitely go there again
