I was going to complain when I returned the car, but the Hertz rep was not there so I had to leave the keys with the receptionist at the car dealership they share space with.
Thumbs down. One and only time with this company. Lie after lie & rude. The representative will tell you toll pass is free that's the advantage of hurtz. It is not free 4 charges on my card. Wow!! My credit card will now deny any charge from them. Management very very unhelpful.
Despite what the website says, they do NOT have complimentary pick-up service. The air conditioning did NOT work on the car I rented and the inside of the windows were so filthy that I couldn't see out of them.
No one is ever around
I think I will try a different rental agency next time.
Made a reservation for 8am today for a family vacation. Guess what no car avaliable for us. Made the reservation 2 months ago!! Hate Hertz will never use them again. Horrible experience ever!! Please don't ever use Hertz people unless you want your vacation ruined!! I'll tell as many people about this experience as I can!!
Called 15 min. before arriving to confirm what I needed to bring for paperwork for a reservation that I have for today. Called a taxi and get here and she said that they have no cars once I arrived. Mentioned that I called 15 min. prior and that she could have told me then. She tried to pass it off as my fault for not giving my confirmation number when I called. Worst service for rental car ever. Avoid at all costs.
