We have rented with enterprise four times in the last year. For the most part there have been no problems; if something comes up they make it right. We find their service and professionalism worth doing business with again.
Rented a car because of an insurance claim. Refused to offer their pick-up service. Initially said I couldn't have a car for three days, then miraculously, three cars were available when I pressed the issue. After I returned the car, I left an item in it. When my wife went to pick it up, 10 minutes before close, the store was dark and the door was locked.
Shane is on top of things and has a good sense of humor.

First time renting a car. The staff was very friendly. Got a free upgrade since the car I had reserved wasn't cleaned yet. Only problem was the final cost. I reserved a car online and it said the cost was $188 for 5 days. I called the day before pickup to confirm the car and cost and was told again it was $188. When I stopped in for pickup I was told by the desk person about the free upgrade for the same price of $188. When I was done checking in and was handed the the keys he ran my card which I had loaded with $300 was declined. Only then was I told my final cost was over $400 with fees and insurance. I think that should have been explained much earleir in the transaction.
