BEWARE OF INVISIBLE DEPOSIT!! We recently rented a van from Avis for $124.99 a day with $30 dollar a day insurance . Which is pretty high priced compared to other companies. The real kicker is they ask for a $200 dollar deposit which we were told we would get back in 48 hours. That time came and went and nothing was put back in our account, so we went back to ask her why and she told us it was a INVISIBLE deposit and was part of the total. Should've done some research prior. Spent way too much for a van that smelled like an ash tray. So if you go here don't expect your deposit back!!!
Darlene has been the most professional person I have ever had to deal with in my travels. We rent cars from here on a daily and sometimes when need be, monthly basis. She gets us just the right vehicle we need and the best price anyone in down could give us hands down. She's very sweet, kind and so very very helpful. We look forward to dealing with her again when we get back in to town. My wife and I just can't say enough wonderful things about her. Thank You so much Darlene for all the help you give us. Reserved a 12 Box Truck For Sat am ,,,I called Nick Sat am before I arrived and he said bad news the truck didn't show,,,,Good news we have a 16' I'll give at the same cost and it is a 2017 with AC and PW,, going with the bigger truck I was able to do my move in 1 day instead of 2 days,,and $10 bucks in gas,,,, by far the best experience in moving ever,,,Thanks Nick
