I've shopped this store for the past 15 years and am increasingly disappointed in both the quality of products and the service. We used to frequently donate items to them until the time earlier this year when my husband was in line with our van to drop off a load of items for donation and the staff were chatting with someone ahead of him for a long time. Then they shut the doors and stopped accepting donations even though it was clear that he had been waiting to donate and had been there well before the cutoff time. Since then we've opted to donate exclusively to other local charity thrift stores.
