Very easy to find, reasonable dog food, and the best 10 we spent on a dog toy. Customer service was awesome, very friendly
I like the store and I've been coming to monthly for supplies for the past two years. However, recently they've hired an older lady that doesn't seem to know much and is quite rude. The past two times I've been in there she has accused my dog of peeing on products. The first time she insisted that he had peed but there was no wet spot and then followed me throughout the store. At checkout she told me I needed to keep a better eye on him because he had marked on two bags of food. I brushed it off considering I had never seen her before and he has never marked in a store before. The second time I noticed she was there and kept him very close to me. She once again insisted that he had marked on a bag of food and told me to watch him better.
I've shopped here since about 2007-08, while dealing with Orion's (white boxer) allergic reactions to other dog foods at the time. Like other reviewers have said, the dog food is usually $10 less than other stores.
Also, to me, it seems this store puts more emphasis on selling better quality treats for cats and dogs than other stores.
I also LOVE the variety of quality rawhide products made in the USA, in the bulk bins. Orion loves them too. He's tried all the flavors, his favorite now is the Hickory Smoked rawhide bones. They give him bacon breath! :)
I like this store even though it's a drive from my house, it's worth the drive. Normally the employees notice me, greet me, and let me get the things I need without too much interruption. I'll give it another chance but if a certain employee says anything I won't be making any purchases and I'll stop shopping there.
I like that it's easy to find the cat formulas of the same brand I feed Orion. Both my dog's and cat's coats are shinier and softer to the touch now.
Great place to take your dog for food and toys. Low prices and friendly people
