Do not use, run, worst internet service ever. Will tell you they can provide you fast speeds, THEY CANT. I signed up for 24g download service at premium upgrade cost. Installed. Said strong signal...... Three weeks later. 20 phone calls, numerous speed tests and adjustments the best they could provide was 12 g. And told me i should downgrade my netflix while still charging premium speed. I said you never provided my agreed upon service i would like your equipment removed. They are trying to charge me a 575$ termination fee. So cant provide service, horrible tech support, breach of contract, then charge the customer a massive term fee. WOW. Their own contract says that their service will be unreliable and they will charge you Ha what a looser company. STAY AWAY !!!!!
Complete joke. Owner is a joke. Filed case with fcc. If your in a rural area look at frontier. They are moving in to kiel, Chilton, Elkhart, sheboygan. 1/3 of the price and 100% better service.
Please DO NOT use this service - it is awful! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My issues with this company are too many to list here but I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Unfortunately, I still have over a year left of my service contract and they charge hundreds of dollars to cancel - even when they are not providing the service promised. Just stay away!
Do not get anywhere close to this company. They throttle your bandwidth and that if you can get on. There support is terrible and will not address your tickets. I have had a service ticket in just to troubleshoot download issues I'm having over there network.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. No customer service and the system administrator will not speak with their customers. If your only option is to use them try two paper cups and a string first. PS: I had to give them at least one star to post this which is the only reason they received one.
Had the wireless service for 9 years with minimal problems. Had occasional outages usually lasting a few hours. Fast service when we had to call for problems.
