Very helpful staff, have shopped here many times over the past couple of years and the order online with in-store pickup is very handy.
We needed a washer, dryer and stove. We had been to a few other big name stores over the weekend but I wasn't sold. I recalled such a positive experiences a few years back with this Sears location that I didn't want to make these big purchases without checking it out. So glad we did!! Cameron was awesome. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us make an informed decision without being pushy at all! When we are back in the market for more appliances, we will definitely be making this our FIRST stop. Just bought all brand new appliances for our kitchen remodel from this store...it was truly an awesome and easy buying experience! Our sales associate was extremely knowledgeable yet not pushy in any way. We had our delivery set for this past Tuesday and the guys were great and it was quite amazing how quick they moved yet took care with all the appliances and our brand new hardwood floor.
Treated very bad. Was a accused of stealing as soon as I stepped in the door. This was my second time walking into this store and just because I was in the area of the stolen item it seemed it was automatically my doing. This will be reported to the seas company. I'm not very happy at all.

Ordered a stove on was supposed 2 b delivered Dec. 20th. Due 2 snow storm they said it would b Wednesday. Got a call Wednesday that they back ordered it until January. 3rd. Today the 3rd they said they would deliver it tomorrow. I went through the holidays with no stove. Then we look on line for dimensions and it's priced $200.00 less. They did give us this price after we called and told them or we would have never known. They will only deliver it to the garage. After all this they should deliver it 2 my kitchen. Never ever shopping here again
