Usually a good experience. I, selfishly, needed a new water heater for my downstairs tenants. The worker at the pick up yard made it clear that buying a water heater and wanting it right away will take time. Then, trying to leave, I'm met with a blockage, and no gate attendant..... So sorry to inconvenience this business.
This review is about an american standard toilet i purchased. If interested keep reading. The model is a titan. First, it comes with a slow close seat. It is very, very slow to close. I can put the seat in the position to close by itself, completely wash and dry my hands and the seat is still not even close to being closed. So do not plan on closing the seat prior to flushing if you normally do that. Next, to get a complete flush i need to hold the handle all the way down while flushing for just a split second or i will need to reflush it.(just like the one i am replacing). Also, i did try different water levels to try and correct this issue. Next on the tank top itself, facing the wall there is jagged almost sharp areas that will surly be a problem with cleaning. Next the porcelain down very low in the bowl where everything exits is very thin (somewhat gray in color) and looks dirty. I wonder how long that will last. Do not get me wrong, i do like menards overall but i feel i could have gotten the same quality with a $79 toilet as i payed $188 plus tax. ZERO STARS ON THIS ITEM.

Grab your receipt people, because they don't hand them to you, mention them to you or anything. I didn't realize I was completely on my own in that department... and if that is the low level service you supply, maybe self checkouts should be your priority. Because heaven help you trying to return something you bought and hour ago and just wasn't big enough, they just don't take them... how nice. Not signs. No notice. No help. No customer service. I'd give no stars if I could. Was my first time there. I won't be back
