The staff at Dick Brantmeier Ford were extremely helpful, I enjoyed their friendly service and Mark Sloan pulled every card he could out of his sleeve to get me into a car. The car was much nicer than what i thought i would be leaving in. I appreciate his service greatly and Dick Brantmeier Ford has definitely earned a customer for life.
Came in to check out getting a used car today and talked to Mark Slone. I was able to find out that I would actually have a lower interest rate buying a brand new kia soll than what I was originally looking at. Mark was very friendly and extra helpful at getting me the right car I was looking for and that it would be a good choice seeing that I have a little guy to lug around in the back seat! I would reccomend coming here to get your next car.
Leased an Optima from these guys in 2012. We shook hands on agreed numbers but I ended up getting a lower payment once I signed the papers. Very happy with both the customer service and my Optima. Definitely giving them a shot to earn my business on my next vehicle.
