We had a terrible experience with the body shop. I scheduled an appointment for some cosmetic bodywork. We dropped the car off on Sunday and were told it would be ready by Friday. On Friday, I was told that they couldn’t get to it because of other work that came in that was more urgent than mine. I asked if they could get to it on Monday or Tuesday and they said they would “call me”. I called them on Tuesday and they said that they would not be able to get to it and that I should pick up my car. This is the worst “customer service” I have ever received. I wasted my time and I was without my car for a week and a half for nothing. I will never attempt to do business with this company again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Took my vehicle to the body shop over a month ago. They took pictures and said they were busy and would call to make a appointment for the repairs. I have had to call him twice to make an appointment and still do not have a appointment set up. I have now talked with a supervisor. Taking my vehicle somewhere else. Not messing around with these guys any more. I should not be the one calling you.Especially twice to make a appointment and still not have one.
My mustang was here for some warranty work and the service department was excellent. Good communication, a nice loaner for the length of the repair, and no hassle. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Worst dealership I've ever been to. Representatives are not helpful, WILL rip you off and are downright rude. I traded in a car and they didn't give me anywhere near what it was worth. The ford I purchased was actually OVERDUE on service when I bought it. They then charged me $200 to get my brakes fixed one week later. Amanda (Sales Rep) specifically is condescending... and the manager dropped me off at the front door because "it looked like I spent a lot of time on my hair and makeup that day." Honestly? He didn't need to be patronizing.
We recently were searching for a new vehicle with good gas mileage. We decided on a Kia Niro and found a few at Dick Brantmeier. I filled out an inquiry, which required your phone number, and put in the comments that I preferred email only and not to use my phone number. Of course, the sales person decided this was merely a suggestion and proceeded to text and call me multiple times, in addition to emails. After exploring some other options at other dealerships we decided to throw an offer out there that we felt was fair, albeit perhaps aggressive. The sales person, Kadence replied to this with a rude and condescending email. At that point we decided we didn’t want to give our business to them and never replied to that email. Then, totally unprompted, three days after that email, she emailed us AGAIN with an even nastier email. We couldn’t believe this is how a sales person was acting on behalf of this company. Totally uncalled for and inappropriate. We opted to take our money elsewhere and bought our new Niro from Boucher in Racine, where we got a very competitive price for it, much better than at Brantmeier. We will never be going back here and I encourage everyone to stay clear. Not worth the extra stress when buying a new car is stressful enough.
