Every other time I’ve went to this particular Starbucks, I’ve never had a problem. Although last night an employee seemed to exceed how much coffee was supposed to be in the cup, or did not put the cover on well which resulted into coffee everywhere in my car. You will certainly never find me at this Starbucks ever again.
I'm a regular at this starbucks. Daily at least 2 times a day. Something has changed in the last few months and they no longer care what the employees are dressed like and the employees don't care about the customers! Many times in the last month my drink has been horrible. Lacking ingredients and so bad that it goes in the trash. Today I went through as normal and there was the gentleman at the window with his pants down under his butt! Are you serious! That's ok working in the food industry??? The last thing I want to see is someone's dirty underwear when I'm getting my coffee. I think I will start going to the Southside now!
The location is central, which makes it easy to get too but the lot is small so at peak times traffic backs up into the street. If you are going inside DON'T park in the front lot. You will be parked in by the line. There is a backlot where you will have more walking but you can leave when you want.
I prefer the South side Starbucks to this one but end up here for convenience.
Two stars; It's coffee... Burnt.. Not even all the coffee is fair trade. Try a local direct trade coffee house. You'll get a better bang for your buck
I was keeping people out of trouble bringing them there in the mornings. Showing the better things in life to uphold. Helping them beat habits they couldn't do on their own.
I hit up a Starbucks in numerous locations a couple times a week and this one isn't a favorite. My staff experience has been 50/50 with a couple staff members being less friendly and one being downright rude when we had an order issue. I have never had a staff member at another Starbucks argue over an error rather than just take another order to get me the missed item.
