I've had about 4 different problems with this place first of all one night I went in got chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers the Nuggets we're stuck together dried out hamburger was dried out another visit got breakfast bagels burnt I've called them several times they have a manager she's an idiot a blonde lady hunched over glasses this place should be either shut down or ran by someone else it is very terrible only reason to go here is cuz it's close they said they were going to send coupons for free food never received it I went in complained instead of offering me the food they said they remake it waiting another 15 minutes after that I just told him I wanted my money and I left again and again and again only reason I go is because it's close to where I live they also have an elderly lady working there which I have no problem with except if you're so slow and you don't know how to run the register or take orders I think it's time to retire
First off. We get there and the mens bathroom is flooded. I did mention it to someone with a ponytail. Then we ordered at 735 and got our food 748, long time for 3 kids to wait. Didn't get everything we ordered, missing milks which we hadnt noticed at first cause they were just drinking out of our sodas sitting there waiting for our food. Cold fries AND burgers and old chicken nuggets that were hard. Difficult to pull apart a chicken nugget that's been sitting for your 14 month old to eat. Watched our fries sit in the basket so I am not surprised they were cold. Went up to get dip that was also missing that we asked for and waited. When the manager finally acknowledged me waiting there, I asked for the dipping sauces. I didn't get a facial expression or a sorry or anything. And she gave me ONE sauce for 20 nuggets.... Really... Our kids each had a kids meal which was missing the gogurt/apple choice.... Its just poor management that night, rudeness and upset that our food was old and cold... Looks like from other reviews its not uncommon.
Not very busy when I was there but, the order took longer than expected and was not correct on a few things. Dinning room and bathroom were clean. Staff was courteous.
The service was slow. My husband's egg McMuffin was so cold that the Canadian bacon felt like it had just come out of the cooler and the cheese hadn't melted at all. The staff member he told was just going to pop it in the microwave (even though he had taken a bite out). Luckily a shift manager intervened and they made him a new sandwich. The restaurant was quite empty at 6pm, but the trash was overflowing.
Stopped here many times. Today, very disappointed. My fries were chills and my sandwich barely warm. This was during the height of lunch hour so food should be hot.
