Always a good experience! The staff is kind and caring. I never feel rushed and the Doctors always take time to answer my questions. My cat and dog are well taken care of by Critter Care.

I love bringing my dogs there. Dr. Greetan is amazing with both of my dogs I currently have, and all the dogs I have had in the past. I will not go anywhere else!
Everyone was very personable and kind. Took my baby in for spaying. The anesthesia they gave her made her very hyper and she was able to get her stitches open. Took her in a second time, they gave her metal stitches. That night she was even more wild then before. Called the vet the next morning. The receptionist told me that she'd have the vet call back. No one called back for several days until, I called them to tell them that the incision had now become infected and was pussing. I had followed all their instruction and medication prescribed to my cat. Spent over 500 dollars. (First precedure was only supposed to be about 250-350)I've now decided to go to a different clinic after the doctor finally called, left a message that seems like she doesn't know what exactly is going on. The receptionist must have not told her the whole situation.
