They have a knowledgeable staff and some of the hardest working agents around. The Century 21 team works hard to sell your property and over come hurdles that sometimes slow down property sales.
The Linda Buchmann team are experienced professionals in the Real Estate business!
Even with the emails that I have read, they all should be proof read before set out. She should have more training to help with her emotions during this process. Not knowing to check a breaker in the home first for electricity -- this is real restate 101.
I have worked directly with Linda when selling property and have referred her, without hesitation, to several friends. Her "above and beyond" approach, knowledge of her industry, and integrity is why she is a great choice for "Your Realtor For Life".
I understand that banks are behinds in many departments, but when communication is not done with the two agents - that's crazy. Not to say - truthful communication with your Broker. When the seller of the home knows more then the broker (Tom)- another sad area to point out about Century 21.
I wanted to express my extreme dissatisfaction with one of the agents - Stacey Wolf with her unprofessional manner during the transaction process while her buyers were purchasing our home.
Staff was friendly and professional. They were very professional and easy to talk to.
Overall - I would NOT recommend this real estate company to anyone, especially this lady. Thank goodness - It's done. And a big shoot up to our agent Nicole that needed to give this agent from Century 21 training during the entire time!
