Short responses, the employees look at you and talk to you like you’re the dumbest person they met when you incorrectly write down an address or or forget to add a number. Post office employees have been one of the most unintelligent people I have ever met.
I have always been treated good and workers were friendly.
Why do taxpayers have to put up with this? I work and try to function as best i can but this left me shaking violently and crying.
I have a brain injury and i am disabled. Someone had to write my label for me. First i was screamed at saying the address i was sending to did not exist. He screamed at me to move aside. He was very belligerant. Then when i got the correction i was screamed at that i should have had correct information, and i said someone else labeled it because my hands shake. I was screamed at that they should have properly labeled it. I paid for my shipping and before i left i yelked, i have a brain injury and i am disabled. Now i am traumatized that you did this to me. I said, why would you not ask if i needed help? And he shouted that he didnt want to embaress me. And i said that would have been better than being screamed at and i walked out.
They never answer their phone and always rude to people.
I believe they are all rude and they never answer the phone when people call.
