They just left my home moments ago to load our belongings onto the moving truck and it was an outstanding job. They were professional, personable, and extremely considerate. I’m active duty military and I’m definitely recommending them to my teammates!
Response to the Owner - No your crew was inefficient at their job. Plus according to them you had double booked them for the day and they need to get to the next job which was a hour away. Poor Service Poor planning.
So sure hire this tiny moving company that still has the owner doing the work because no one wants to work for him. If I cant receive fair pay then i will express my first amendment.
This is America, you can’t do this to people.
I worked for them for about 3 weeks after being promised 20 an hour because they make you take your own vehicle to the site but unfortunately after no payment documentation was put on file I decided i wasnt going to work for just tips. So after the three weeks i quit and have only received a measly 47 dollars after I drove literally an hour and back to drop their dolly off, not to mention the owner harassed my mother on top of all that.
I highly recommend this efficient, friendly, organized and professional company for your next move. I contacted them when I was moving from the east coast to Wisconsin with a 17' van with the contents of my home there. It had taken a crew of seven 4 hours to load my van in NJ, their crew of two took a little over 2 hours to unload AND set up my bed and furnishings. They had stairs to navigate both up and down and I watched in awe how quickly they got me set up and comfortable. I had several stuffed 4-drawer file cabinets, some heavy electronic equipment, the king sized bed and mattresses, bookcases and boxes and boxes of books for them as well as close to 50 large plastic tubs with fragile art and family treasures that made it whole and unbroken in the move. VERY satisfied and would use them again.
Unfortunately our experience with Noah's moving service was not a good one. They hurried through the job, even left early claiming we wouldn't be billed for the last hour, but we were, and we had to fight with them about the reimbursement. The second pod had items damaged, and could not be opened because the door was jammed and would not slide up due to their poor packing job. We lost hours waiting for POD to get another person sent in to help get the door opened. Also, not easy to deal with when trying to collect for damages. Lost a lot of money by using this company and would not recommend them.
Worst experience of my life! They were three hours late, then they never completed the job until two days later. Ended up having to reschedule pick up of POD and pay additional charges for the delay on the POD. -5 Stars for this company. Only gave it one star because otherwise it would not let me post.
