They never ever have Pizza Hut! We were given a note for free pizza hut meals since we wanted to order pizza but couldn't. Still after three spread out visits they do not have pizza. Previous review is still true too...they seem to have a bit of a problem with hiring or keeping employees. So the service was a bit slow as there's only two people working but they did warn us that it would be slow like that. Gave us free drinks for that wait. And then the food did come within about 15 minutes so it wasn't that long ago after all and it was good food.
Once again quality service thru the drive thru (Tia)..Friendly
Taco bell is ok seemed like the lobbies werent that clean my order has gotten messed up a couple times drive thru is very slow but for the most part it was ok
Tonight, I stopped in at about 5:40 PM, and after the associate asked me to "please wait a minute" (I waited at least 3), told me that it would be 20-25 minutes for my order to be prepared.
For one I'm writing this because of the past experiences here. Long waits for poorly prepared meals, as in soggy greasy hard shelled tacos mostly. But tonight was the last straw, this one closed at 11 pm when it clearly states 1am for that day. I sat at the menu for about 5+ min without being answered, when I finally got bored of sitting there, I pull up to the drive thru window only be rudely shooed away by the min wage slave. 10/10 will not spend money there again. For anyone looking at this, just go to the South side one. They might be a little slow when their slammed, but the food quality is so much better compared to this one.
The first time, I arrived at 6:30 AM (they open at 6:00 AM). I sat at the menu board for about 10 minutes with several other cars behind me. No response from the female associate inside. I pulled up to the window to see what was going on, and the associate had her daughter in the restaurant, and proceeded to tell me that it would be another 30 minutes before orders could be taken due to the computer being down.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I've come to this Taco Bell location twice in the last six months, with poor experiences both times.
I'll be going to the South Side location in the future. The associates at the North side location are apparently inept.
