Manager messed up the whole order and made excuses why it was wrong. Also gave resistance to give us our money back. Got a 30 day credit to the store. This is the worst customer service I ever had. DONT GO HERE GO TO THE SOUTH SIDE SHEBOYGAN LOCATION.
Seriously horrible customer service skills after 2hrs of waiting I call back and they say "no one answered the door or our phone call".. yes I gave them the right address and phone number he confirmed my information several times... meanwhile i was patent enough to wait that long why wouldn't I answer my phone or the door... i say on my porch and not so much as saw a pizza hut car drive by in that whole time..

Talked to a manager while ordering food. Mentioned to make sure there was marinara for breadsticks because I have previously ordered breadsticks only to not have the required marinara. Told me they would be sure to have it just to have it brought to the home with no sauce. On top of that there were hairs in one of the pizzas in our Big dinner box we got. Called to complain, they were nice to give some credit to us through the account, but it’s such a disappointment when you speak to someone and they reassure you to make sure you have a good delivery experience and have the quality food, then when it comes, it’s disappointing to the point you no longer want to eat whatever food is left and not want to order from the business again.
