Absolutely worst customer service I have EVER received. I had called and spoke with a woman named Julie, stating that I needed to get some links removed from my husband's watch so it would fit him. She told me that they would be open till 5:30pm. This was an early Christmas gift, and my husband wanted to wear it for the holidays. I get there a bit before 4pm and am told that they are not doing this today because it's Christmas Eve and because they have customers. Um, am I not considered to be a customer? I was told I have to pay to have links removed, was I not? Keep in mind-there was ONE family in the store browsing and THREE people working! My husband asked a man who was working there if this was a lengthy process and the guy said, "Well, like 10 minutes, but I have customers." Then why did you ask us if we needed help in the first place? Absolutely ridiculous and I cannot wait for this place to go out of business! I will never return and I will make sure to spread the word. I'm sorry that I learned the hard way as to why people steer clear of cheap unknown name jewelry shops in malls! Also, word of advice: If you don't want to help people on Christmas Eve, DON'T OPEN YOUR DOORS!
