The product - laminate, carpet and ceramic tile - were all great and exactly as shown in the store. The quality of work was only moderate at best. Things like baseboards were just propped on but not nailed back on. The floor under the laminate wasn't (apparently) completely cleaned because there are waves and bumps in the laminate now - one high enough that the laminate is now cracking on the high spot. There's a little black hole in the laminate that looks like a punch or large nail was dropped - I was told it was a defect in the piece, but not only is it not a defect (you can feel the hole) but there was no offer to replace it. Bottoms of door frames were sawed off with dull blades which shredded the wood on some of them, and some were sawed too short, so there is slightly more than 1/4" of space between the bottom of the jamb and the floor. Grouting cement was not cleaned off the ceramic tiles. The salesperson came out and made excuses for several things, but I did have the installers return to fix some things and they walked into the house at the end of their workday in dirty boots and walked right over the new carpet they'd installed the week before. I should have pushed but at that point didn't want any more dealings with the company at all. No, I wouldn't - and haven't recommended them.
