I would like to say I'm disabled and received a settlement for this I went to WG&R spent $5,686. and received a free pillow and that was because the delivery guys put my son's bed frame together wrong and head board fell and hurt his head and back everything is water over the bridge now but I just went back to purchase a new mattress and table for in front of my couch and was broken brand new out of box they did give me a new one but was all nicked up and full of scatches I took it anyway cause was no other option but they did take $100. Off now my mattress is messed up and need to return and get New one. Will inform how this transaction goes.

I used to love WG&R. Bought several pieces from them and liked them. Last June 2016 that all changed I had a horrible experience! I Bought a middle of the road priced sofa. Within 1 month fabric was worn and piled up. We call the store and they said customer service would contact us. They never did. Now the sofa is 1 year old and is bowed 6" in the middle, went down to store and complained. They sent someone to look at it. Said they would send someone to fix it, and customer service would call to schedule it. Now 3 weeks we still haven't heard back from them. No customer service and quality of products is pathetic!
