My grandson loves this store. Took him in for a birthday present this weekend. Both the tall gentleman and young lady were great. They were very helpful even to a game illiterate person like me. They talked me and him in a way we both understood. I really like the feel and charm of this store. No longer am I going to the otherstores in town.
Love this store! Went in to buy an original Xbox, and they had literally every game I wanted and then some, even lots of rare games. These guys REFUSE to give you an unfair price on anything. Customer service is outstanding. Their selection is absolutely unmatched in any other game store I have visited. This is for sure my new favorite game store! I haven't experienced service this awesome at any store in a loooong time!!
As a Mom of a very excited teenager, I could not be more pleased with the customer service. My son wanted to go to Gaming Generations instead of the "big box" store because it was local. What a great experience. Andrew was wonderful! He even taught my son a great lesson in patience when he told him about an upcoming sale. By waiting a few days, my son was able to afford an additional item that he otherwise would not have been able to purchase. I told all my co-workers, and each with teenagers agreed that they always had great service as well. Thank you!

I went to get my broken screen repaired on my iPhone SE. while the staff and owner were polite and eager to help, my phone was never fully fixed and eventually I had to replace it. This occurred a few months back and am I just setting up a google acct. to post a review. I’m soite of this, it’s a great store for gaming supplies and merchandise. Just be wary of the repairs.
