I've been to this Aspen location twice before. I liked the doctors and hygienist that I had before.

Free exam and x-ray. Doctor was not personable or the friendliest, didn't seemed too interested in helping me. Spent a lot of time sitting around and waiting for someone to come help me. No one explained to me what was going on when I getting x-rayed and photographed, quite a scary experience. Typical, robotic, impersonal doctor visit.

But I felt like the communication of my care recommendations was incredibly poorly handled and I do not feel I can trust that their judgment on this one and will be going to another dentist.

My billing situation is now unbelievable. No one in this company has heard of voicemail, and no one has heard of calling their patient. I moved to a new city, and recently received a bill for a service I was told was paid in full, threatening to send to collections. Now I am stuck with no ability to pay online because I can't edit my card information, and no ability to leave a message for anyone because they don't understand the concept of having a voicemail system. This is the worst company I have dealt with in my life.

I love the staff here. They are really nice and understanding.

My wife went into this office today to have a simple cleaning and exam done. After time with an extremely unprofessional doctor and staff, she did not receive a cleaning, she received a basic if that exam, XRays that are luckily covered by my insurance, and a bill for close to $3000 in future work fees without ever telling her what exactly needed to be done or why they are charging for these services. An unbelievably bad experience that I see from other reviews is far too common. My family will not be returning to Aspen under any circumstances.

I walked into my last appointment and did not recognize a single face. I know these types of places have employee turnover. But the entire staff?

First of all my name is Joel Messner. I had a filling and a temporary crown done by DR. Patel and she did an excellent job. I originally spoke with Leah, she is an OM and she explained most of the financial stuff. She was very friendly and nice as well. Some of the staff did not immediately announce who they were, that would have been nice, but overall the procedure and treatment went very well. very friendly place.

The new hygienist was still very good and easy to work with.
