I started going to Accurate nearly 20 years ago. I had heard Bill Thomas was the best Honda man in town. My first conversation and work done was excellent. Recently, Bill had to retire for health reasons and found a young man he felt would keep up the great work. Incredibly to me he did just that. The new owner Bob, has a wealth of schooling and experience on Honda's, a Honda master mechanic as well as other imports. And maybe most importantly-- honest. I highly recommend Accurate!
I just bought a used 2003 Honda Element and took er through a car wash and broke the antenna. I'd heard these guys were good, so I popped in. The fellow at the desk was super nice, and used a dental pick to remove the stuck remnants of the mast in about 10 seconds. Now I can get an aftermarket one and install it myself. Nice folks, knowledgeable, I'll be back!
