The staff takes the time to question you about your riding habits and what you want to do, and they make recommendations based of those desires. In the end, you'll get a bike that you actually WANT to ride, even if they have to order it.
We walked into Sheboygan Bicycle Company 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday afternoon with the hopes of just getting the tires filled for our ride. The valve stems weren't allowing us to do it and the tires were near flat. The staff went WAY above and beyond - taking the time to change the tube, fix the valve stem issue, and get us on our way to enjoying a late-afternoon ride. It was well after closing by the time Jeremy was done and he NEVER once complained, hurried, or made us feel unwelcome. We felt bad that he was doing all of this "extra" work for us to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride (on our own bicycles no less - these were not rented from Sheboygan Bicycle Company) when all we were hoping for was a tire fill. What a classic example of outstanding customer service. He shared his passion with us and has such a welcoming demeanor. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sheboygan Bicycle Company!
